I realized that I never posted anything about Wyatt's birthday. We had a combined party with one of his friends who is just one day older (his name is Jake... and Jake's dad is named Lee - not confusing at all!). Anyway, Wyatt and Jake had a pizza party at Jake's house. There were 11 kids in all (and several parents, thank goodness) and we had a great party planned for them. I brought dough and toppings and each child made their own little pizza. Jake's mom Abbie made an apron for each kid and I cut out some felt mustaches and the little chefs got to work. Neither of the birthday boys would wear an apron or a mustache, but the other kids seemed to enjoy dressing up. We didn't plan any games or activities so the kids all enjoyed some time just playing. After the pizza, we opened presents (Wyatt wasn't thrilled about that so we opened his at home) and then had ice cream and cake that was made to look like pizza. I wish that I had some pictures to show, but we forgot our camera! Abbie and Lee are going to send us copies of their pictures, but they recently had a baby so it may be a while yet. I'd love to hear about Corwin's recent birthday. Love you all!
Leigh
It sounds like you all had a fun time. I'm glad that Wyatt had a good birthday. I plan to give him his present (as well as his Christmas present) when you come in April. I'm sorry I am such a slacker!
